I’ve purchased a lot of from Dancing Leopard over the years and love all their stuff! I recently e-mailed to check to see if I qualified for their discount as I am a key worker in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The response was super fast and lovely. I now have three new dresses winging their way to me. Hurrah! Thank you Dancing Leopard - great customer service, as always!

Fantastic customer service! I had to cancel my order and it was no trouble at all. I dealt with Oli who was extremely helpful and polite. I was made to feel like my query to cancel was no trouble at all. Really love this shop the clothes are beautiful and so unique! Thank you Dancing Leopard!
Good quality items and excellent customer service. Resolved a small issue immediately and very happy with my purchases. Jumper is a perfect fit and feels lovely, good weight to fabric. The charity scrunchies are also great fun and lovely in the hair with no snags!

Really love these jumpsuits! They look great even on my shape, which I wasn’t expecting. Also my sister had bought me the same one as I did so emailed to cancel my order and the staff replied immediately and were extremely helpful and polite. My only request is to introduce some cotton versions, which I would happily pay a bit more for. That said, all round great products and service.
Unfortunately my item was sent out in the wrong size. However Oli in customer service was super helpful and very prompt to respond to emails. Thank you.
I loved the clothes that were sent, such amazing designs and the dress was super flattering! Frustratingly the skirts didn’t quite suit me so had to return them.. when I contacted DancingLeopard to ask about an issue with the red label, I received a very lovely, quick and helpful response from Mary on the customer service team who was more than happy to help.
Would definitely buy from this company again and can’t wait to see all the other clothes they offer!
I had an issue with next day delivery that did not arrive. I messaged DL in the evening and by next morning Oli from customer service had looked into the issue, refunded my delivery charge and provided me with a discount voucher. Really pleased with the service.
1st time ordering and delivery was very prompt however one of my items wasn’t what I ordered. I contacted to question and I couldn’t believe how fast they got back to me and very apologetic and also with a discount code. However I decided to try on the incorrect item sent to see if I liked it and I was surprised as I would have never had ordered the item and I loved it...so I asked if I could keep and also delivery the original item I wanted but with the discount and that is exactly what happened, my other order came straight away, I’ve never experienced such quick customer service and with high standards, thank you I will definitely order again also pushed me out of my comfort zone.
Dreadful customer service. Mixed messaging around returns and comes across as completely disorganised. Oli had to be reminded six times (by email and by mail) what I had refunded and then offered a 10% discount on a skirt (to compensate) that I wasn’t even keeping which was then of course retrenched. Oli has since sold the skirt which was returned ten days ago and is now being difficult about refunding the money. The parcel was returned first class and signed for and is showing received plus the skirt has been resold for all to see on the website. So much for trying to support local businesses. First and last time I shop with DL. I will now be contacting my bank and reporting DL to trading standards. Just what a customer who tried to be supportive amid Covid-19 needs. Unless you want to keep your item don’t do it!!!! I will now also be returning the two items I kept in person and returning my support to other locals - Bah humbug clearly came early, Oli, not a good way to run a business and the most miserable shopping and customer experience I have ever had. I am normally easily pleased too so this is saying something!
